(ii) any rebate or asserted rebate of Premium in relation with (i).

Any arrangements or Customer communication in connection with Refund Policy shall be implemented by the Participating Insurer directly with the Customer and the Service Providers shall have no obligation to assist in any such matter.

Refunds or rebates will be processed exclusively through the original payment method.
